ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
The owner will be assigned an Account Manager who will provide monthly aircraft reports, communicate any needed maintenance or improvements, handle billing for any/all charter flights (if applicable), educate owner on any available tax benefits, and oversee secure storage in one of our state of the art hangars.

Additional benefits include full access to ASI's Charter Fleet, preferential insurance rates, and national fuel discounts.

PILOT STAFFING AND TRAINING
ASI will be responsible for the evaluation and assignment of qualified pilots to your aircraft, flight scheduling, record keeping, and pilot logs. Additionally, approach chart audits will be done on a bi-weekly basis, we will work to retain all FAA regulations and aircraft insurance requirements, and implement our certified Safety Management System.

DISPATCH TEAM
Our office personnel are available 24 hours a day and are responsible for all of your scheduling needs. These experienced individuals will make all of your travel arrangements including catering, airport usage, car rental, hotel accommodation, and any other personal travel detail. They also have the ability to secure reduced hangar and ramp fees for extended airport storage while at your desired destination.

MAINTENANCE SUPPORT
Once with ASI we will establish an aircraft/engine maintenance program which will track and record all aircraft activity, inspections, and service. The aircraft will also complete an FAA Conformity Inspection, whereupon it must meet FAR 135 requirements if it is to enter our Charter Fleet.

FINANCIAL FEEDBACK
Our company will compose monthly statements detailing all ownership expenses, handle Excise Tax deposits and reports, and communicate any other associated account activity.
